No Fail Mayonnaise
Your mayonnaise should be nourishing! Here's one that is!
Makes: 1 Cup

Ingredients:
- 1 cup mild tasting olive oil
- juice of ¼ lemon
- 1/2 -1 tsp teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 clove crushed garlic, optional
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- OH it's so easy!! You don't even need this instruction section!
- Add everything into your container that will hold your immersion blender easily.
- Blend for 30-60 seconds until your mayonnaise turns nice and creamy and thick! Enjoy!
